We offer partial refunds for damaged item(s).
Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your purchase if your item(s) are damaged or otherwise rendered unusable.
A photo of the damaged item(s) along with the packaging (displaying shipping label) should be sent to us through email
We will also pay for the return shipping cost
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Special circumstances may all qualify for a partial refund
In the rare event, where your tracking information says “delivered” and you did not receive your order. You must contact the courier with your tracking number.
Final sale items are non-refundable, no exchanges and no returns.
Which include- jewelry, and Clothing
We charge a 5% restock fee for canceled orders.
*Customers will have to pay a re-shipping fee and return fee charged by courier, if the address they provided was incorrect.
Some couriers do not provide a tracking number for international shipments. Those shipments are considered final sale.
All used items are considered final sale.

Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
All orders are shipped through Canada Post and USPS.
